What is the Staircase Approach?

In this short video, Judy Puritt, Communications Lead at Askari Solutions, proposes education or learning on the job can be likened to a staircase. While the organization is investing in an employee, the employee is gathering information and going up the rise of the stairs. Then, when the employee is applying the findings or on the run of the stairs, the organization experiences a positive ROI. Put simply, to effect the best lasting change, an organization should constantly be managing change and incorporating lessons learned.
